The 100.000m2 large Finca with a sea few   lies between the coast towns Mazarron and Aguilas, in a almost unsettled valley with almendra trees and olives. The proberty between the mountains is made in terraces.

The removal to the sea by car is 5 minutes.

The next shopping facility is found in 2 km in the locality Ermita del Ramonete. There is also a bar.

The direct environment offers the possibility of extensive excursions or climbing tours. Or just hang out at the little bar and  BBQ arround the pool.

Directly beside the Finca there is a rambla ( as a rule dried up riverbed ) which runs directly to the sea
